陸客投入葡萄牙房市 獲取永久居留

葡萄牙為拯救國內房地產市場，去年10月起對前來購屋的外國人給予永久居留簽證。迄今葡萄牙已發出318份房地產投資簽證，其中近80%是授予中國大陸的投資客。

葡萄牙外交部發言人8日表示，迄今共有248位中國籍投資人獲得永久居留簽證，其次為俄羅斯的15位投資人。外人總投資額為1.98億歐元。

葡萄牙這項計畫的最低投資額度為50萬歐元 (約合台幣2千萬元)。除了葡萄牙外，其他南歐國家也實施類似計畫。例如西班牙的投資門檻也為50萬歐元，希臘僅25萬歐元，塞浦路斯為30萬歐元。

外交部發言人指出，這項簽證計畫「對房地產市場的復甦提供了決定性的刺激力量」。業者也表示，房地產市場度過去年的谷底後，今年已出現翻升的信號。
