衛福部又搞烏龍　業者已下架

【王志弘／台南報導】台南市衛生局今天稽查皇家可口公司（杜老爺冰淇淋），釐清銅葉綠素流向，最後證實烏龍一場。南市衛生局指出，統園公司通報給台北市衛生局資料誤植成銅葉綠素，經查應為銅葉綠素鈉，可合法添加至乳製品上，即杜老爺冰品並無違規添加，查無不法。
 
不過杜老爺添加銅葉綠素鈉的7款冰品，包括3款卡比索抹茶冰淇淋、1款福爾摩沙山葵冰淇淋及3款義式哈蜜瓜冰淇淋，已預防性下架回收，將重新標示後再上架。由於沒有違法，故沒有賠償問題。
 
皇家台南廠生產協理顏銘禎表示，與統園合作約3、4年，因業者出示有該複合食品添加物的衛署食字號證明及用途說明，皇家才採用。旗下冰品一年約使用僅九公斤銅葉綠素鈉。
