海協會訪台中港 參觀京揚公司

海協會長陳德銘一行人，今天上午抵達台中港，台中港務分公司人員簡報目前台中港自由港區營運概況，雙方並進行意見交流，討論熱烈，陳德銘說，此行已參觀高雄港、台中港、台北港等，他稱讚這三港水平條件都很好，鎖定港口參觀，就是想來學習、好好交流的。

他表示，港口貿易在經濟全球化當中扮演越來越深化的角色，放眼全球，都是港口城市先發展，才又逐步擴大到內陸城市，而海運成本又比陸運、空運低廉，全球價值鏈的布局，也是以中心海港來布局的，可見港口經濟的重要。

海協會經貿交流團隨後前往專營國際物流的京揚公司參觀，聽取簡報，陳德銘也仔細端詳該公司內的一部進口手工骨董車，稱讚其製造精美，隨即驅車前往新竹。
