內政部役政署30日指出，為提供役男服兵役多元選擇，並維護役男申請服一般替代役的權益，自今年12月10日到24日，將受理役男申請服103年一般替代役，預計錄取5000名，68年至82年出生，尚未接獲徵集令，有意願選服一般替代役的役男，可向各鄉鎮市區公所提出申請。
