談食安 林杰樑妻:輪流用各家廠商較保險

「婆婆媽媽必需知道的食品安全」,林口長庚醫院腎臟科顏宗海主治醫師及「俠醫」林杰樑主任的太太譚敦慈今天下午在桃園縣中壢市公所分享如何吃最健康。

譚敦慈表示,多吃天然的食物,少吃加工產品。以最近熱門的食用油為例,她說,盡量少用調和油,也輪流用各家廠商的食用油降低風險,「現在沒有廠商是沒有風險的。」譚敦慈說,食安風暴頻傳,每次都用不同廠商比較保險。
