美元週線收低　歐元反彈走強

美國經濟數據喜多於憂，全球市場觀望聯準會貨幣政策動向，加上歐元呈現反彈，本週美元指收收黑小跌0.21%，來到80.542。歐元單週上漲0.4%，主要是受到中國政府肯定歐元做為儲備貨幣的重要性，以及標準普爾提高西班牙債信評等展望等因素影響。英磅受到英國第三季GDP成長0.8%，升值到兩年新高，同步帶動其它歐系貨幣例如波蘭幣及瑞典克朗紛紛收紅。商品貨幣受到商品價格下跌影響普遍貶值，尤其澳幣下跌0.93%最重，目前市場似乎相當擔憂澳洲央行進場干預匯價。

亞幣方面，印度盧比以及韓元分別上漲0.53%、0.21%，表現最為強勢，市場也預期資金將持續流入兩地股市。泰銖大跌0.94%，深受泰國央行降息一碼的影響，另外，印尼盾大跌2.32%走勢極為弱勢，由於印尼公債標售狀況不佳，市場擔憂國外投資人對印尼公債的需求降低進而拖累匯價。

日圓則走貶，日本央行十月份的會議記錄顯示，部分官員對日本經濟展望相當謹慎，造成日圓貶破102元價位。
