氣象局對中部以北及南部山區發大雨特報

【許敏溶／台北報導】受颱風外圍環流影響，中央氣象局今晚11時30分發布大雨特報，今晚間至明天金門及馬祖地區有局部大雨發生的機率；明午後中部以北地區及南部山區亦有局部大雨發生的機率，提醒民眾到山區須慎防坍方、落石及土石流。
