何江忠認行政疏失，怪罪徐信正

五四二旅副旅長何江忠今晚在軍院羈押庭，坦承有行政疏失，但對於為何堅持將洪仲丘送入悔過室，他強調是連長徐信正主動要求，並指稱徐信正告訴檢方他說「洪仲丘是囂張跋扈之人」，「是徐信正講的，不是我講的」。

至於徐信正曾稱，何江忠要求「如果不關他（洪），我就關你」，純屬玩笑話。

何江忠說，自始都是徐信正要關洪仲丘，他與徐信正、士官長陳以人沒有私交，「他們私交比較好，應是私交好的人串證可能性高」。

他說「他們拿我當墊腳石」，語畢又問審判長「這句可以拿掉嗎？」
