軍審法全案保留送協商

公民一九八五行動聯盟周六再上凱道，聲援洪仲丘案。立法院司法法制委員會今審軍事審判法，原本朝野共識，將軍中凌虐部屬案件改由司法機關依刑事訴訟法追訴審判；但最後民進黨團堅持應完全修法，全案保留送協商。
