防菲特颱風引發土石流　疏散人數持續上修

【呂健豪／新北報導】中央災害應變中心今晚表示，根據中央氣象局資料顯示，目前菲特颱風強度減弱，降雨狀況將逐漸趨緩，估計明天清晨暴風圈就會脫離台灣本島，下午完全解除海上、陸上颱風警報。而菲特颱風雖未造成人命傷亡，但挾帶的強風豪雨讓人不敢輕忽，疏散撤離人數從下午的224人攀升至431人，收容人數也達300人。全台共計13460戶停電，經搶修後目前仍有2438戶尚未恢復供電。
