【突發中心／新北報導】今天凌晨0時許，瑞芳區有1名40多歲男子跌落消波塊，報案人表示他們一行2人去釣魚，朋友不慎跌落，還好只有腳踝扭傷，意識仍清楚，需要人幫忙拉起，警消獲報後已派遣人車前往救援。
