鼓勵民眾購買能源效率1、2級瓦斯爐及熱水器，經濟部今年6月推出購買燃氣瓦斯爐及熱水器的補助措施受到消費者的熱烈響應，台灣區瓦斯器材公會8日舉行「購瓦斯爐及熱水器節能產品百萬好禮抽大獎」活動，主辦單位推派代表抽出12位幸運消費者分別可獲得5萬、1萬及腳踏車的獎項。

瓦斯器材公會指出，這項抽獎活動的獎品總值超過百萬台幣，本月底前凡購買能源效率1、2級的燃氣瓦斯爐及熱水器，在今年12月20日前依此項補助要點提出申請，經審查通過補助的民眾，還可參加第二波的百萬好禮抽獎。

能源局表示，自本年6月1日開始補助民眾購買能源效率1、2級的燃氣瓦斯爐及熱水器以來，能源效率1、2級燃氣瓦斯爐及熱水器的產品，認證款數成長幅度達304％；整體市場占有率，瓦斯爐提升至60％、燃氣熱水器提升至75％。且據主要生產廠商表示，該公司生產銷售強制排氣式熱水器較政府辦理補助前，大幅提升40％，顯示民眾對於節約能源及用氣安全，亦越來越加重視。

能源局表示，瓦斯器材公會舉辦的抽獎活動，對於民眾購置燃氣瓦斯爐及熱水器的確可以發揮促銷的效果，期望民眾儘速在11月30日補助截止日前，踴躍汰舊換新家中低效率的瓦斯爐或熱水器，與政府共同攜手響應節能。
