【陳怡妏／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬前天接受德國ZDF公共電視台專訪，表示美國將繼續監聽外國政府，但保證不會讓監控計畫毀了他和德國總理莫克的友誼。

歐巴馬（Barack Obama）說：「只要我還是美國總統，德國總理就不需要擔心會被監聽。儘管我們的外交政策不一定相同，但沒有理由監聽她。」
