廟前打砲毛毛的　慾男捅殺壁花

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣20歲的林姓男子，去年11月9日晚間9時許，他因入伍前夕寂寞難耐，約出先前曾性交易的30歲王姓女子，兩人談妥以2000元的價碼，到飯店翻雲覆雨，但他沒錢開房間，竟騎車將王女載至礁溪山區一間廢棄大眾爺廟欲打野砲。
 
該處方圓百里沒有人煙，入夜後又陰風陣陣，王女心裡「毛毛的」，擔心觸怒好兄弟而拒絕，兩人爆發口角。林男老羞成怒，掏出一把水果刀捅殺王女兩刀，還將她推下橋。
 
王女急中生智裝死，林男見她動也不動，以為她已成屍體，匆匆離去。王女待惡狼離去後負傷報警求救，案經宜蘭地 檢署偵結，依殺人未遂、強盜等罪嫌，將林男起訴。
