抗議新示威法 烏克蘭警民爆衝突

約20萬名烏克蘭示威者19日在首都基輔集會，抗議新的較嚴苛的群眾示威法，並與警察爆發衝突。

示威者試圖衝破警方在政府建築附近圍起的封鎖線，以石頭攻擊警車與安全人員，警方則動用警棍與催淚瓦斯。反對陣營領袖呼籲群眾勿挑釁警察，以免受傷。

國會日前火速通過，並獲得總統亞努科維奇簽署立法的新法之一，是禁止未經許可即在公共場所架設帳篷、舞台、擴音器，同時准許維安人員逮捕戴口罩或頭盔的示威者。違法者可能面臨巨額罰款或監禁。

根據另一法案，誹謗政府官員的懲罰是勞教一年。

美國和歐盟官員都對烏國的新法深表關切。
