【短片】跨年夜擄童案偵破　主嫌一家都是綁匪

【蔡智銘、張惠凱／台中報導】發生在去年跨年夜的台中市張姓國小學童擄人勒贖案，經過近21天偵辦，警方今天在台中市北區篤行路逮捕涉案的陳安彥及吳姓女友(毒品、詐欺通緝中)，並搜出改造手槍1把，子彈16顆，陳嫌坦承是因為想仲介被害人父親的土地落空，借錢也被拒，才會心生不滿，策劃綁架男童，後來因被害人報案，認為拿不到錢，只好放人。

警方同時逮捕提供作案車輛的陳姓車行老闆(28歲)，並發現他涉嫌變造車牌及相關租車資料，企圖混淆辦案，但陳嫌堅稱不知情。另外，陳安彥的吳姓前妻及賴姓前岳母涉嫌提供藏匿肉票地點，也同案被逮捕。

警方表示，目前至少還有兩名涉案的嫌犯在逃，正全力追緝中。另外，警方也說，陳安彥曾經服過警察替代役，可能因此知道一些警方辦案手法，因此利用變造車牌的出租車來犯案。
