擄鴿勒贖找不到飼主　1隻50元賤賣外勞

【戴之聖／基隆報導】1名58歲鍾姓男子因缺錢花用，竟將歪腦筋動到賽鴿身上，今年7月份陸續在基隆市七堵山區架設捕鴿網，希望隨機捕抓正在做野放飛行訓練的賽鴿，之後再向飼主勒索錢財；不過鍾男前後抓了11隻賽鴿，但是因賽鴿身上並無飼主的聯絡方式，鍾男只好以1隻50元的低價賣給外勞。

警方接獲線報，上周三在山區埋伏，發現鍾男再次以同樣手法抓了19隻賽鴿，總市價約在8萬元，立即上前將鍾男逮捕且移送法辦；今天基隆地檢署依竊盜罪將鍾男起訴。
