司法院軍法研習 洪案法官在列

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北2日電）軍事審判法修法後，軍事案件移送普通法院。司法官今起在法官學院開辦陸海空軍刑法研習營，承審洪仲丘案合議庭成員也在列。

為加強相關軍事知識，法官學院從今天起連3天開辦陸海空軍刑法研習營，由軍事、軍法專家向一、二審法官、檢察官等人講課。這次研習有近250人參加，其中承審陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案的合議庭成員也在列。

承審洪仲丘案審判長鄭吉雄受訪時，力挺受命法官丁俞尹。他表示，丁俞尹兩年來審理逾800件刑案，累積相當經驗，外界批評她是菜鳥法官，其實並不公平。丁俞尹、陪席法官許菁樺都婉拒受訪。

軍事審判法修正條文8月間實施後，現役軍人在承平時期觸犯「陸海空軍刑法」，包括凌虐部屬、阻撓部屬陳情、殺人、性侵、竊盜等罪，都由一般司法機關處理，眾所矚目的洪仲丘死亡案移往桃園地院。1020902
