李宗瑞案14女未出面　檢憂影響刑度

【劉志原╱台北報導】淫魔富少李宗瑞被控迷姦、性侵30人及偷拍4人，至今仍有14名性侵被害人未出面，檢方擔心，此部分缺乏被害人指控，李可能獲無罪，不過，檢方認為，李宗瑞另涉16件性侵，每罪仍可判刑3到10年，明天仍可能遭判合併執行30年。

檢方去年起訴時，求刑209年，法院審理時，檢方追加到266年半，但依法有期徒刑最多僅能執行30年，檢方指出，被害人未出面，可能影響總刑度，但仍是希望法院判李宗瑞合併執行30年，李的律師團說，明天宣判後，會在第一時間向李的父母回報，宣判前無法說對判決結果有沒有信心。
