南韓貴族幼稚園學費 比多數大學還高

韓國時報報導，南韓教育部1日公布全國8,559家公私立幼稚園學費，其中學費最高的幼稚園，每月向家長收取110萬韓元（1,000美元），一年收137.3萬韓元，比多數大學的學費還貴。

南韓教育部資料顯示，私立幼稚園學費平均為191,737韓元，超出公立幼稚園的13,285韓元逾13倍。收費最高的Uchon幼稚園，加上註冊費總費用高達163萬韓元，其次是漢陽幼稚園（音譯）的71.16萬韓元、江南大學附屬幼稚園的70.5萬韓元，Uimyung幼稚園的69.7萬韓元、及Prime幼稚園的695,830韓元。

韓國時報指出，政府無法管制私立教育機構收費制度，是學費達天價的主因。政府限制公立教育機構學費，但認為沒有理由限制私立教育機構收取高學費，做法引來諸多批評。

教育部官員表示，過去三年對於應否對幼稚園高學費設限已進行多次辯論。他說：「一旦限制高學費法案通過，政府即著手制訂管理私立教育機構的新政策。」
