【陳瑩欣／台北報導】合庫銀新任總座林鴻琛今天正式上任，他在交接會後指出，受到內部結構調整影響，合庫銀放款比去年底少了數百億元，希望發動分行經理在企金、房貸業務上衝刺，力拼放款可以回到去年的水準，林鴻琛估計，合庫銀至年底前應還有約500億元至600億元的空間，由於今年5、6月合庫銀房貸放款解禁，申請件數已有增加，估計9月房貸可以達到撥款高峰，有效拉抬放款餘額。

受到合庫投信董事長何坤堂退休影響，原合庫銀總經理蔡秋榮轉任合庫投信董事長，林鴻琛升任總經理，合庫金暨合庫銀董事長沈臨龍表示，目前是合庫關鍵、重要的時刻，會把最優秀的人才放在最重要的地方，子公司中，目前最需要協助的是合庫巴黎投信，相信蔡秋榮接任後可以打出不一樣的版圖。

沈臨龍表示，今早赴金管會座談，有部分報告數據合庫銀還沒有達到同業平均，令他如坐針氈，也希望林鴻琛帶合庫進入另一個高峰。
