歐洲央行強調必須倒的銀行就要倒

 【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行總裁德拉吉表示，明年歐元區銀行壓力測試中，將毫不猶豫讓未通過測試的銀行倒閉。德拉吉欲藉此證明歐洲央行對銀行監管職責的重視。
 
德拉吉接受彭博專訪時說：「如果真的有銀行不得不倒閉，那就必須倒閉。這一點沒有疑問。」歐洲央行對歐元區銀行業將進行3階段調查，作為明年承擔銀行監管職責的前提條件，已經宣布8%的資本適足率基準。
 
德拉吉強調金融監督的成為股市上漲壓力，主要歐洲股市開低，英國、德國股市下挫約0.5%，法國、西班牙股市跌幅超過1%。美國股市開盤1小時，道瓊工業指數小幅下挫0.37%，納斯達克指數下挫0.8%。
