被批花大錢買車　國防部：依法汱舊

【王烱華／台北報導】立法院預算中心公布的國防部2014年預算評估報告，質疑國防部計畫在未來六年內編列16億7000萬元，將國軍現役2236輛行政車淘汰，全數換成新車，有浪費之嫌。

國防部軍事發言人羅紹和澄清，國防部現有民用型小客車、客貨車、大客車及1.75噸小貨車等公務車計3452輛，2015年時，將有3041輛使用屆滿15年，為維護官兵行車安全，依規定須予汰除，屆時僅剩411輛，若不及時籌購，將嚴重影響未來任務遂行。

但立法院預算中心認為，國防部買車的計畫，雖是為了淘汰車齡超過15年的老舊車輛，但國軍員額近年不斷精簡，軍力人數已從2010年近24萬6000人，預計降低到2014年的19萬7000多人，是否車輛需全數進行汰購，值得商榷。
 
羅紹和表示，國防部考量國防預算額度、分年平均採購減少預算壓力，以及避免車輛逾齡過於集中，形成大量汰購的情形；而且籌購的民用型公務車輛，均優先撥發基層單位及部隊汰換使用。
