北京肺炎病例激增

北京的肺癌病例過去十年來，增加了超過百分之五十，衛生官員宣稱，吸煙依然是肺癌的最大原因，不過他們也承認空氣污染也脫不了關係。

世界衛生組織說，空氣污染每年奪走幾百萬條人命，根據北京市衛生單位的統計，2002年北京的肺癌罹患率是十萬分之39.56，前年增加到63.09，也就是每十萬個北京居民，就有超過63個人罹患肺癌。官方仍然把肺癌罹患率激增，歸咎於個人，官員說，吸煙是禍首，不過他們也不諱言，二手煙以及空氣污染難辭其咎。

世界衛生組織上個月公佈一項科學報告，詳細的列出空氣污染和一系列疾病間的關聯，報告估計，空氣中的懸浮微粒，每年導致320萬人早死，中國與東亞其他國家，至少有一半的肺癌病例，是空氣污染造成，上個禮拜，江蘇一個八歲女童罹患肺癌，成為大陸年紀最小的肺癌病患，報導把病因歸咎於空氣污染，不過醫院否認。（圖片取材自網路）
