臉紅等反應 鄭深元表達不滿

檢察官評鑑委員會今天要釐清特偵組檢察官在辦案期間有無疏失，今天上午跟下午分別約詢受評鑑人特偵組檢察官鄭深元以及檢察總長黃世銘。檢評會開了整整一個上午，下午一點半才讓鄭深元離開。檢評會委員彭文正說，從頭到尾受評鑑人都沒有改變原來的說法，都說有些是疏忽、有些是非故意，也不能用事後諸葛的方式來證明他們前面的作為是不對的。

根據了解，鄭深元疑似不滿有媒體報導受評鑑人或證人的反應，今天竟私下表達「要評鑑就評鑑，不要透露我們在裡面的反應，對我們不公平」等話。
