台灣同志家庭權益促進會、台灣人權促進會、兩公約施行監督聯盟、台灣同志遊行聯盟、反迫遷連線等團體，3日上午針對「下一代幸福聯盟」發起11月30日集會遊行之事，發表聲明，指控主辦單位指揮其白帽糾察人士的多數暴力行為，已經侵犯憲法所保障之言論自由、人身自由，亦構成刑法第304條強制罪，因此嚴正宣佈，保留法律追訴權利。

同家會等團體表示，「下一代幸福聯盟」限制不同意見者的人身自由、言論自由，只是再次複製及強化對同志的歧視。
