管中閔「爺們」說惹議 學者：應用同理心

中華經濟研究院副院長王健全今(3)日接受台北之音採訪時，討論政府經濟政策問題，主持人提及管中閔昨天的發言爭議，王健全說，他認為傲氣的人做事情有魄力，但發言應該謹慎，「現在是M型社會，大概有50%的人過得比較辛苦，50%過得還不錯，政府官員該站在後面50%來想，用同理心來回答問題，會比較政通人和。」

王健全說，政府看到的是虛幻的平均數字，所以錯覺人民生活水平沒有變糟，他曾建議部會的部長、次長每個月應該去搭幾次計程車，跟計程車司機聊天體察民情，他自己就曾經遇過有司機為了給媽媽1萬元過春節，打電話跟地下錢莊借錢，讓他很痛心。

王健全認為，現在年輕人找不到就業機會，甚至連交女朋友的錢都沒有，會覺得一輩子看不到未來，如果年輕人感覺不到有夢想有希望，這個社會不會進步。

至於政府強推的台商鮭魚返鄉計畫，王健全說，返鄉的台商只帶回資金而沒有新的產業投資，所以，只能放在房地產。他認為，買不起房子的人在罵政府，買得起的50%在付房貸，沒有消費機會，這正是房地產排擠到正常投資，排擠消費機會，讓投資一直集中在炒房是不正常的。
