南京地鐵逃票三次 將影響申請房貸

為了打擊逃票亂象，大陸南京擬規定民眾在地鐵逃票次數達三次後，將被納入個人信用紀錄。這也意味著有逃票記錄的民眾，在辦理信用卡、申請房貸或找工作時都會受影響。

中國之聲「新聞縱橫」今天報導，南京市政府公布「南京市軌道交通管理條例（草案）」對外徵求意見，與現行管理條例相比，除了擴大處罰力道，更擬將逃票次數達三次以上的民眾，在個人信用記錄內記載逃票資訊。

南京地鐵去年因逃票損失約人民幣800萬元（約新台幣3,890萬元）。但依據現行法規，逃票者只能被處以最高票價五倍的罰款，也就是人民幣20元（約新台幣97元）。由於處罰金額低，難以對逃票者起到威懾作用。
