王永慶四房認親案 發回更審

王永慶死後驚爆的第四房子女羅文源等三姐弟認祖歸宗爭產案，經一、二審接連勝訴判決有權繼承遺產後，最高法院在今（3）日下午3點做出廢棄原裁定判決，將全案發回更審。

根據王家律師方面轉述，雖然羅文源等所提訴訟在一、二審皆判決勝訴，但最高法院法官經審理後認為，仍有諸多疑點尚未釐清，因此廢棄原裁定將全案發回更審；至於詳細理由，今日宣判尚未明確提及，必須在收到判決書後才能知悉。

未來如果一旦羅文源等三姐弟獲判勝訴定讞，三姐弟三人除了可各得王永慶國內遺產每人約9億2千萬外，王永慶海外5千億基金部份，可能也可再分得每人約百億的遺產。
