涉辱罵員警 陳國華繳錢換緩訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北3日電）音樂人陳國華涉嫌在國道遭警攔檢開單時，怒罵「我他媽的我還謝謝你」等語。北檢今天緩起訴陳國華，但須繳付2萬元罰金。

台北地檢署公布的緩起訴書指出，40歲的陳男在6月21日晚間11時許，開車行經國道3號南向21公里處（木柵南向入口匝道路檢點）遭警方攔檢，因員警發現陳國華妻子坐在後座沒繫安全帶，且有2名兒童也沒坐安全座椅，欲製單舉發時，他竟向員警辱罵。

檢方指出，陳男當場以「你就一輩子在那邊媽的臨檢我好了」、「我他媽的我還謝謝你」等語罵員警；陳男事後在臉書上批評員警，隔著黑玻璃說他們沒繫安全帶，員警的眼睛好到可以去觀落陰。員警到檢方控告陳男妨害公務等罪嫌。

北檢今天偵結，審酌陳男沒有前科，素行尚佳，這次是因一時情緒才犯案，事後已坦承犯行，深表悔悟，並書立悔過書，其中臉書部分涉犯妨礙名譽罪嫌，雙方已和解，且員警同意願給陳男緩起訴的機會。

北檢今天偵結，依妨害公務罪嫌將陳男緩起訴，須向北檢指定的公益團體、地方自治團體支付新台幣2萬元罰金。1021203
