4名國中生遭無業男子　勒索近200萬元

【辛啟松、李恩慈／台南報導】台南市崇明國中4名少年，遭一名佯稱是黑道的無業男子索討保護費，甚至被教唆偷竊家中金飾、外幣，1年8個月竟得手近兩百萬元，直到一名家長發現外幣短缺才曝光。男子到案後竟厚顏無恥表示，是少年自願借錢給他過生活，警方今依恐嚇取財、竊盜罪將他函送法辦。
 
警方調查，無業男子張朝欽（30歲，有詐欺前科）涉案。他去年2月在仁德區二空社區籃球場，透過一名高中生認識蘇姓少年，進而認識蘇的死黨陳姓、徐姓、洪姓少年。張朝欽自稱是黑道份子，以軟硬兼施，揚言少年若不借錢，就沒人保護他們。張嫌在這段期間，曾到兩處銀樓賣金飾，共賣了96萬的金飾，他也拿了約30多萬外幣到銀行兌換。
 
張朝欽否認犯行，辯稱是國中生自己主動交出金飾，要他幫忙典當，然後把現金借給他。因張朝欽供詞不合情理，警方仍依法送辦。律師江信賢說，張朝欽已觸犯恐嚇取財罪，最重可處5年徒刑，教唆少年偷竊金飾，最重也可處5年徒刑。
