大統欠18億罰緩 移送強制執行

大統長基公司食品公司以低價油等添加調色劑銅葉綠素，混充橄欖油販售，且油品標示不實，被彰化縣衛生局開罰18億5000萬元，12月1日就到繳納期限，但大統一毛錢也沒繳，彰化縣衛生局3日將全案移送行政執行署彰化分署強制執行，未來若大統再不繳納罰緩，董事長高振利名下的資產就會被扣押。

大統爆發產製黑心油品事件已快2個月，所生產的油品都用低價油混充，且違法使用銅葉綠素、標示不實等，被彰化地檢署依詐欺、標示不實等起訴，裁罰18億5000萬元，10月31日開罰到現在經過一個多月，高振利完全沒繳，12月1日繳費期限截止。

彰化縣衛生局依行政執行法第11條第1項第1款規定，3日將全案移送行政執行署彰化分署強制執行，如果再不繳納罰鍰，董事長高振利及大統名下的資產就會被扣押，用來繳納罰鍰。
