醃頭案被告 陳佳富延押2個月

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市11日電）男子陳佳富被控殺害胞妹、醃頭棄屍，嘉義地方法院合議庭今天裁定，陳佳富自10月12日起延長羈押2個月。

嘉義地方法院發言人林坤志今天表示，陳佳富被控殺害胞妹陳婉婷，並醃頭棄屍，意圖詐領高額保險金，因陳佳富羈押將屆滿3個月，今天由合議庭裁定延押。

林坤志指出，原羈押裁定認為被告陳佳富犯殺人、詐欺取財、偽造文書等罪，犯嫌重大，有逃亡之虞，因此裁定自7月12日起羈押。

合議庭法官今天審理後認為，審酌卷內相關證據，陳佳富犯殺人罪的犯嫌重大，且肢解胞妹屍體，將頭顱棄置藏匿，有湮滅證據的行為。

由於陳佳富所犯為最重本刑5年以上的有期徒刑，原本認為應予羈押的湮滅證據及所犯為重罪等理由，非予羈押，顯難進行審判，因此裁定延押2個月。

林坤志指出，至於被告在庭訊時，表示身體有皮膚病、骨髓痛等症狀，希望交保部分，因合議庭認定被告仍有繼續羈押之必要，因此駁回交保聲請。1021011
