台中司機急載客 撞死單車客

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中11日電）台中市一名54歲李姓計程車司機因為急著載客，不慎撞上一名騎自行車的余姓男子，余男急救5天不治，警方將李男法辦。

警方指出，這起車禍意外發生在5日晚間，李姓計程車司機得知乘客叫車，疾駛行經大雅區神林南路197巷口時，撞上騎自行車外出參加廟會活動的余姓男子；余男因頭部遭重創，急救多日後，10日仍不幸身亡。

余妻傷心表示，先生出門參加迎神廟會發生車禍，就一直沒有有醒來；李姓運匠非常懊惱，也願賠償對方損失。全案訊後，警方將李姓男子移送台中地檢署偵辦。1021011
