政院：特偵組重傷政府公信力引以為鑑

【王家俊／台北報導】針對法務部公布監聽事件調查小組報告，行政院晚間發布新聞稿表示，完全尊重調查小組的報告；關於行政究責部分，調查小組建議移交檢察官評鑑委員會評鑑，行政院也表示支持。政院聲明並指，特偵組相關同仁因行政違失，造成政府公信力嚴重傷害，支持法務部移送檢評會評鑑決定，並要求所有同仁引以為鑑。

行政院表示，杜絕非法監聽必須從制度面著手，由於監聽程序涉及檢察官聲請監聽和法院核發監聽票等面向，業務範圍涉及行政院及司法院，行政院長江宜樺日前已與司法院院長賴浩敏達成共識，建立兩院合作平台，從法律面與執行面等角度，檢討現行監聽制度。
