餐廳名稱：Goûter 雅培米堤 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台北市中山區民生東路二段97號 電話：(02)2531-1221 ------------------------------------------------------------- 圖文好讀版：http://sarszb.pixnet.net/blog/post/41323503 同事曾經送雅培米堤的起司蛋糕給我吃 這一家最有名的好像也是起司 & 巧克力 最近愛上抹茶，特別選了抹茶手捲蛋糕嚐鮮 尺寸：28x6x6 重量：450±10g 外層是一層厚厚的抹茶蛋糕，裡面包覆著香草奶油，結合蜜紅豆 剛拿回家的時候，裡面的都已經軟掉了，要再拿到冰箱冷藏至4°C~6°C 裡面的奶油會再結合地較緊實 打開後會有一層外包膜，來防止蛋糕去沾到盒子，導致髒掉~ 前後應該也要放一片膜才對，都立起來放導致打開奶油都沾到兩邊了 裡面有附上一支刀子，提供給個人方便切來食用 奶油好綿密，紅豆是有點偏少了，感覺吃一下下就沒了，只有小小一塊~ 外層的抹茶蛋捲有著抹茶的香氣，冰著涼涼的綿密香草奶油，咬下一口超級幸福的 鬆軟又綿密，連阿母吃了都覺得超好吃的~下次我要再來買一條手捲 -- ┌───────────┐ http://0rz.tw/YEasn └─┬─────────┘ ○/ /□ Life is a journey...not a destination.Enjoy the trip! ∥ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.209.53
