過期澱粉成火鍋料？桂冠否認

味元企業股份有限公司涉嫌將過期澱粉重新加工、包裝，並將有效期限延長2年上架販售，而與其有往來的食品廠商，紛紛跳出來自清，火鍋料大廠桂冠也發出聲明說，有委託味元企業代辦進口魚漿，但未使用期修飾澱粉。

桂冠聲明指出，「本公司產品未使用味元企業股份有限公司的修飾澱粉，但有委託味元企業代辦進口魚漿，因為魚漿用量大，都是直接整櫃進來，魚漿使用前會檢測膠強度，確認魚漿的等級後才使用，才能維持一定的品質，產品品質安全無虞，特此聲明」。

桂冠企劃處長黃淳仁今日接受媒體訪問時表示，沒有使用味元的過期澱粉，跟味元是有業務往來，有委託他幫我們進口魚漿，魚漿進口都是整櫃到工廠。

至於過期澱粉問題，桂冠說，自行調查後，發現並沒有使用到出問題的這兩款修飾澱粉，批號不同，不過，但新北市衛生局表示，還是要進行預防性查封以及檢驗。
