【動新聞】​性侵、割喉　菲律賓成人間煉獄

【動新聞／綜合報導】菲律賓政府救援緩慢，災區秩序已失序。昨天發生災民進攻糧倉搶糧，卻碰上糧倉倒塌，8人遭活活壓死。早上又傳出，有小男童遭到不明男子割喉、刺傷腹部，只為了搶劫身上的財物；部分災區宛如廢城，也傳出有犯人趁亂越獄，四度性侵當地婦女；此外也有災民表示，目擊街頭出現武裝平民，和軍方交火。而部分災區也因物資缺乏，傳出災民打劫商店奪取糧食、年輕人搜刮路邊汽車找汽油，缺水災民挖出自來水管，而膽小一點或體弱的婦孺，沒能力搶的，就只能到死屍身上翻找錢財。菲律賓災區如今情境，只能用「人間煉獄」來形容。
