鄉林山海匯　潛銷至今已售4成

【劉曉霞／台北報導】鄉林建設今天公開新案「鄉林山海匯」，鄉林建設董事長賴正鎰說，潛銷至今已售4成，他還提到，台北市延平北路新案「鄉林左案」尚未開案就已經完銷，屆時「開案即完銷」。

賴正鎰指出，鄉林接下來仍會保持一年300億元的總推案量，預定年底前還將推出位在新北市蘆洲的「鄉林淳詠」、新莊的「鄉林淳青」和台北市天母的「鄉林大境B、C區」等5案。
