卡夫官司損失 星巴克上季恐由盈轉虧

星巴克公司（Starbucks）表示，將重編上季財報，以反映卡夫食品（Kraft Foods）官司帶來的21.2億美元營業損失。

星巴克13日說，仲裁法院的裁決出爐後，截至9月29日的年度第4季，每股可能虧損1.64美元。先前星巴克公布獲利攀升34%至4.811億美元，每股盈餘63美分。

受此消息衝擊，星巴克股價13日盤中一度跌1.8%，終場小幅翻紅，以每股81.461美元作收，漲幅1%。

仲裁法院13日裁定，星巴克因片面終結與卡夫食品簽訂的袋裝咖啡銷售協議，必須支付22.3億美元罰金，外加5.27億美元的利息和訴訟費用。

卡夫自1998年9月起開始在雜貨店販售星巴克袋裝咖啡，但2011年3月星巴克提早解除合約，把業務轉移給Acosta。該合約原訂明年3月到期。

由卡夫食品分割出來的億滋國際（Mondelez），將獲得所有賠償金。根據這項約束性仲裁，星巴克不得上訴。
