民間搶陸註冊商標 故宮提異議

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北14日電）兩岸擬在台北、北京故宮相互設點，國立故宮博物院商標送大陸審核還未過關，就有人搶先申請註冊，故宮已循程序提出異議。

國立故宮博物院院長馮明珠今天表示，故宮目前已用院徽向大陸申設商標，但發現有人搶先申請註冊，目前正循程序提出異議，維護故宮權益。

故宮文創行銷處處長徐孝德表示，10月發現一名登記在台中的羅姓民眾，以故宮院徽及「精品故宮」向大陸申請註冊商標，且通過初審公告。

徐孝德指出，這名羅姓民眾申請的故宮院徽，與故宮的饕餮紋院徽一模一樣，故宮已提出異議，徐孝德說，經查證，這名羅姓民眾並非故宮員工或離職員工，相關詳情仍在了解。

徐孝德表示，故宮正式向大陸申請的商標註冊預估要半年到一年半的時間才會獲准。1021114
