安倍吸外資 瑞士巧克力商日本設廠

美聯社報導，瑞士巧克力製造商百樂嘉利寶（Barry Callebaut）在日本群馬縣高崎市的海外工廠14日開張，這是日本保護國有企業免於外來競爭幾十年後，首相安倍晉三推動吸引外資政策的重要里程碑。

百樂嘉利寶斥資1850萬瑞士法郎（約台幣6億元）興建這座海外巧克力工廠，希望滿足日本人對巧克力的大量需求。日本平均每人每年吃掉兩公斤巧克力，創造亞洲巧克力市場114億美元（約台幣3372億元）收益。
