全球零售業 去年遭竊1,120億美元

根據2012-2013年全球零售業失竊指標（Global Retail Theft Barometer），全球零售業者去年因為顧客順手牽羊、員工或供應商詐騙或有組織的犯罪，損失1,120億美元。

根據這份由零售安全公司Checkpoint與市調公司歐睿（Euromonitor）所編纂的報告，許多國家的零售業失竊增加，業者把問題歸咎於經濟復甦緩慢，以及組織性的犯罪。

報告說：「隨著愈來愈多人口必須更努力履行財務義務，順手牽羊和員工偷竊發生的頻率升高。所有國家中，順手牽羊是最常見的失竊原因，接著是員工偷竊。」

本調查涵蓋來自全球157家公司位於16國、共16萬個門市，這些公司去年營收逾1.5兆美元。

失竊率最高的在巴西和墨西哥，占整體零售銷售的1.6%，接著是美國和加拿大，為1.5%。失竊率最低的是日本和澳洲，各占1%和1.1%。

最常被偷的商品通常體積小、價值高且轉手方便，包括流行配件、牛仔褲、鞋子和睡衣，蘋果的電子產品、電動遊戲、行動裝置配件，或是治療過敏用品和配方奶粉等保健產品。
