苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池在陽明山上的別墅與竊占國有地的地下室違建，之間的祕密地道曝光，地下室空間28公尺乘12公尺寬，檢調確認兩者相通，只是目前用水泥牆堵住。
