林克穎聲請交保 英開庭攻防

英商林克穎在台灣撞死人後潛逃回英國，蘇格蘭高等法院今天將召開保釋庭，由林克穎與英國檢方言詞攻防，法官將裁決是否准予交保。

林克穎落跑後曾跨海發表聲明，聲稱未獲公平審判。法務部與英國簽署針對本案引渡備忘錄後，林克穎於十月間在英國落網，目前遭羈押在蘇格蘭的愛丁堡法院，台灣請求將他引渡來台執行。

法務部表示，愛丁堡法院日前兩度召開羈押聽審庭（hearing），林克穎及委任律師抗辯，並提出聲請交保。
