伊朗：缺乏信任是核子會談主要障礙

伊朗副外交部長、同時也身兼伊朗核計畫談判首席代表的阿拉格齊(Abbas Araghchi)今天(21日)警告說，缺乏信任是上一回日內瓦核子會談無法達成協議的主要障礙。

阿拉格齊在接受伊朗國營電視台訪問時表示，上一回合的日內瓦會談的主要障礙，就是缺乏信任；而「只要信任無法恢復，我們就無法繼續進行建設性的談判。」

阿拉拉齊在今天稍早表示，除非世界6強(五常加一)能夠接受伊朗擁有提煉鈾的權利，否則伊朗不會與列強簽署核協議。

伊朗在11月初與五常加一，就伊朗爭議的核子計畫在日內瓦展開了會談，結果並沒有達成協議。雙方20日在日內瓦展開新一回合會談。

「五常加一」就是聯合國5個常任理事國美國、中國大陸、英國、法國、俄羅斯，再加上德國。
