經部中鋼釋股案 朝野立委封殺

立院經濟委員會今天（20號）審查經濟部和所屬單位明年度預算，其中包括價值三點四億的中鋼股份賣給四大基金，挹注國庫八十五億元，持股比率從目前的百分之二十、降為百分之十七點七八，但是朝野立委都表明反對，通過提案、封殺經濟部的釋股案。　（戎華儀報導）

行政院為挹注國庫，要求經濟部釋出百分之二點二二的中鋼持股給郵儲、勞保、勞退等四大基金，並要求不得輕易釋出股份，以每股單價二十四點八元計算，預計可挹注國庫八十五億元。

經濟部官員強調，釋股後經濟部持股低於百分之二十，但是還是最大股東，不影響董事會中的主導權，股權結構也沒有改變。

但這項預算案二十號遭到朝野立委封殺。立委黃昭順表示，立法院曾經做出決議，中鋼官股的持有比例不得低於百分之二十，中鋼在民國九十到一百零二年間每年平均創造十二億到一百二十多億不等的現金流量，政府不應該短視近利。

經濟部回應表示，尊重立法院的決議，是否要翻案，由行政院決定。
