石碇美食餐廳推薦　在地口味的家常菜

　　石碇烏塗社區的許賜福與黃福田夫婦，以她們名字裡的各一個字為他們夢想的餐廳命名，他們的夢想很簡單也很單純，就是希望能為地方盡一份心力，發展烏塗社區的觀光休閒產業，讓他們的孩子有天能夠回到家鄉裡工作。

　　他們的餐廳提供許多美味的佳餚餐點，如在地的更仔糕、手工麵線、黃金蛋等都是他們桌上的菜餚，甘美的鵝肉、豬腳等熱炒山產美食，道道都讓人心滿意足，十足的鄉土味與石碇的美景相呼應。

　　餐廳位於烏塗窟親水步道旁，依山傍水，餐廳的戶外空間可讓人享受悠閒的下午茶時光。透過餐廳的努力經營還有水保局農村再生計畫的幫助，夫妻倆與許多在地的居民努力地為社區的再生盡一份心力。（攝影／陳佳成）
