軍法官考律師免第一試 立委憂

民進黨立委吳宜臻今天說，擔任六年軍法官，若要轉任律師，可免第一試，直接第二試，她擔心軍法官基本的法律倫理素養不足。

考選部長董保城允諾，會檢討相關考試規則。

立法院司法及法制委員會今天審查考試院及所屬部會預算。

吳宜臻指出，很多人質疑軍法官會大量申請轉任律師，攪亂律師市場，但軍法官連基本法律倫理課程都不用考，基本法律倫理不足，即使擔任過六年軍法官，對律師專業知識還是很缺乏。
