公平會：曾罰過生乳業

公平會表示，民國一百年底曾經處分過生乳業者聯合行為，但業者訴願現在還在行政法院當中；此次是否要再查生乳業者有無聯合壟斷，還要向農委會了解。

行政院消費者保護處副處長吳政學表示，乳製品現分為鮮乳、調味乳和保久乳，有鮮乳標章才是鮮乳，調味乳一定會在瓶身明顯標示；而保久乳確實較有操作空間，衛生福利部已發現問題，準備修改標示規定。他將建議衛福部，保久乳應比照調味乳，在瓶身明顯標示。

至於牛奶售價，他說，行政院公平交易委員會有追蹤冬季、夏季乳品價格，會請公平會稽查乳品大廠有沒有聯合壟斷，並請農委會處理酪農提出的需求。
